From the 'View' menu, select 'Refresh' or 'Reload'; or right-click and select 'Refresh' or 'Reload' from the pop-up menu; or select 'Refresh'/'Reload' from the toolbar icons. For some browsers, you might need to hold down the 'Shift' key while selecting a refresh/reload. In IE hold down the Control key when you click Refresh (under View menu). For AOL PC users, hold down the 'Control' key instead of the 'Shift' key while selecting a refresh/reload.
